Cancellation Policy

Breezy Events & Weddings – Officiant Terms & Conditions (Short Version) 1. Booking & Payments A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your ceremony date. Remaining balance is due 7 days before the ceremony. 2. Cancellations & Changes The retainer is non-refundable. If canceled within 30 days, the full balance is due. One date change may be allowed based on availability. 3. Marriage License The couple must obtain and provide the legal marriage license before the ceremony. Breezy Events & Weddings will sign and file it according to state requirements, unless you request to file it yourselves. 4. Ceremony Script A draft script will be provided and may be customized. Final edits must be submitted 7 days before the ceremony. 5. Arrival & Timing The officiant arrives 30–45 minutes early. Delays over 20 minutes may incur extra charges. 6. Rehearsals Rehearsals must be scheduled in advance and may have an additional fee. 7. Outdoor & Weather A safe, weather-protected area must be provided. Unsafe conditions may cause delays or cancellation without refund. 8. Professional Conduct The officiant may decline content that is offensive, unsafe, or against venue rules. 9. Liability Breezy Events & Weddings is not responsible for venue issues, invalid licenses, or delays caused by other vendors or guests. 10. Media Photos or short clips may be used for promotion unless you request otherwise in writing. 11. Agreement Paying the retainer or signing the invoice confirms acceptance of these terms.
