Booking & Payments
How do I book you?
A 50% retainer is required to secure your date. You’ll receive a digital contract and invoice to sign and pay online or set up a time to pay with cash. Your remaining balance must be paid 7 days before the event.
Do you charge travel fees?
Travel fees apply for events outside our standard service radius. This will always be quoted upfront.
Event Details & Planning
When do I send my music and timeline?
All event details must be finalized 14 days before the event.
Can we meet before the event?
Absolutely. We offer a complimentary “Vibe Check” for all services and specific planning calls/virtual meetings, and timeline check-ins as needed for select packages.
Do you help with event flow?
Yes — as a DJ/MC, we guide the flow, coordinate announcements, and work with your planner and vendors.
Music & DJ Experience
Can I pick all the music?
You’re welcome to provide as much input as you’d like!

What does an MC do?
Your MC handles:

A good MC keeps the energy flowing while staying professional and smooth.
Officiant Services
Do you write the ceremony script?
Yes — we provide a personalized script based on your preferences and tone (romantic, religious, fun, modern, etc.).
What about the marriage license?
The couple is responsible for obtaining the license.
We sign it and return it according to state requirements.
Can we include special elements like vows or unity ceremonies?
Absolutely — these are encouraged. We can help craft the wording if needed.
Event Logistics
How early do you arrive?
Typically ~90 minutes before the event for setup, earlier for larger setups or multiple locations.
Do you need anything from the venue?
We require:

Weather protection for outdoor events
What if it rains at an outdoor event?
Weather protection is the client’s responsibility.
If conditions become unsafe, services may be paused or stopped.
Overtime & End-of-Night
Can we add time during the event?
Yes, if the schedule allows. Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments.
What if the event runs late?
The DJ must approve any additional time before continuing services.

Are you insured?
Yes — proof of insurance can be provided to your venue.
Do you work well with planners, coordinators, and photographers?
Absolutely. We collaborate with all vendors to ensure a smooth and enjoyable event.
Do you play clean versions of songs?
We stick to clean versions so events are appropriate for all ages.
